how we quote I find that most clients prefer to work on a quoted price basis. I will not surprise you with extra hidden costs. If ever the project looks like it might exceed the allocated budget I will inform you before I proceed with any further work. The first set of authors (your changes) will be free of charge, but thereafter will charged at cost, which I will be happy to discuss with you along the way. Presentation of the visuals can be done either in a meeting with colour proofs, or by pdfs via e-mail. Work will be re-submitted after each amendment for approval, using either method as preferred by yourselves.  When all parties are 100% happy with the design I will request sign off and proceed to the next stage. I would either supply you with a cd containing the print files or email the files to you or direct to your supplier.
